KPK JADWALKAN PERIKSA YASONNA LAOLY
Jakarta||SelidikNet: menjadwalkan pemeriksaan terhadap mantan Menkumham, Yasonna Laoly. Ia diminta untuk hadir di Gedung KPK untuk memberikan keterangan pada Jumat (13/12).
“Benar ada jadwal pemanggilan besok,” kata juru bicara KPK, Tessa Mahardhika, kepada wartawan, Kamis (12/12).
Namun demikian, Tessa belum bisa menjelaskan lebih lanjut terkait materi pemeriksaan kepada politikus PDIP itu.
“Namun untuk perkaranya belum bisa disampaikan,” ucapnya.
Informasi yang beredar, diduga pemanggilan Yasonna ini terkait kasus dugaan suap yang menjerat eks Caleg PDIP, Harun Masiku. Namun KPK belum membenarkannya.
Kasus Harun Masiku
Kasus Harun Masiku ini terungkap diawali OTT KPK pada Januari 2020. Komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan menjadi salah satu pihak yang dijerat tersangka dalam kasus penerimaan suap tersebut. Wahyu terbukti menerima suap senilai Rp 600 juta dari mantan caleg PDIP itu.
Suap diberikan agar Wahyu mengupayakan Harun Masiku menjadi anggota DPR F-PDIP melalui mekanisme Pergantian Antar Waktu
Sementara Harun Masiku yang gagal ditangkap KPK saat OTT pada awal 2020 itu masih buron hingga kini. Sudah hampir 5 tahun, Harun Masiku masih buron.
Wahyu Setiawan yang sudah terbukti bersalah di pengadilan mendapat Pembebasan Bersyarat per tanggal 6 Oktober 2023. Usai bebas itu, Wahyu Setiawan sempat diperiksa KPK juga tak lama setelah rumahnya digeledah penyidik.
Adapun KPK juga telah mencegah lima orang ke luar negeri, yang merupakan pengembangan kasus Harun Masiku. Mereka diduga terkait dengan upaya perintangan penyidikan terhadap Harun Masiku. Salah satunya adalah staf Hasto yang bernama Kusnadi. (AS)
