KASUS KORUPSI PENGADAAN GAS CAIR ALAM: KPK PANGGIL MANTAN DIRUT PERTAMINA
JAKARTA||SELIDIK: Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) memanggil mantan Direktur Utama (Dirut) PT Pertamina (Persero) Dwi Soetjipto terkait kasus korupsi pengadaan gas cair alam atau Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) di PT Pertamina Tahun 2011-2014. “Pemeriksaan dilakukan di Gedung KPK Merah Putih,” kata Juru Bicara KPK Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto dalam keterangannya, Senin (7/1/2024). Selain Dwi Soetjipto, KPK juga memeriksa enam orang lainnya sebagai saksi untuk kasus yang sama. Mereka adalah Aji Saputra selaku Analyst Direktorat Perencanaan Investasi dan Manajemen Resiko (PIMR); Luhut Budi Djatmika selaku mantan Direktur Umum PT Pertamina periode 2012-2014; dan Amir Harahap selaku Manager LNG Transportasion–Direktorat Gas (PT Pertamina). Kemudian, Tanudji Darmasakti selaku mantan SVP Gas & LNG Management PT Pertamina; Hari Karyuliarto selaku mantan Direktur Gas PT Pertamina (Persero); dan Ali Mundakir selaku mantan VP Corporate Communication PT Pertamina.
Sebelumnya, KPK diketahui mengembangkan kasus korupsi pengadaan gas cair alam atau LNG di PT Pertamina. Pada 2 Juli 2024, KPK menetapkan dua pejabat PT Pertamina lainnya sebagai tersangka dalam kasus tersebut yaitu, Senior Vice President (SVP) Gas & Power PT Pertamina tahun 2013-2014 Yenni Andayani dan Direktur Gas PT Pertamina Periode 2012-2014 Hari Karyuliarto. Adapun Eks Direktur Utama PT Pertamina (Persero) Galaila Karen Kardinah alias Karen Agustiawan telah divonis sembilan tahun penjara dalam kasus korupsi tersebut. Karen dinilai terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi secara bersama-sama dan berlanjut. Majelis Hakim menilai perbuatan Karen melanggar Pasal Pasal 2 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP Jo Pasal 64 ayat (1) KUHP. “Menjatuhkan pidana kepada terdakwa oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama sembilan tahun dan denda sebesar Rp 500 juta dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama tiga bulan,” ujar Hakim Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat pada 24 Juni 2024.
